Breeder reserves right to pick of male and/or female from any litter. Please also ask for and review the health contract BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR DEPOSIT, AS DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. By submitting your deposit you agree to the terms on the contract. I will NOT ship within the state of California, you must come to pick up your puppy. Puppy picks must also be made by the 8th week of age.

NEW OWNERS, PLEASE DOWNLOAD/COPY PICTURES TO YOUR OWN PC, AS I WILL BE DELETING PICTURES WEEKLY.
BREEDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PICKS OF THE LITTER.
Deposits will be required to hold your puppy, balance due in cash upon pick up. Puppies will have their tails done, first shots and worming before going to their new homes. Deposits are NON refundable unless an unforeseen circumstance occurs to the puppy. If you change your mind about purchasing a puppy after deposit has been sent, no refund will be given. Pictures of the puppies are posted frequently.
Each puppy will be on Iams Puppy Start or Eukanuba and canned puppy food and will be drinking water regularly.
Puppies will be wormed and vaccinated - please advise if you DO NOT want your puppy wormed or vaccinated (holistic approach) - my contract will be modified w/o health guarantee.
Puppies that are not PICKED UP or PAID IN FULL by the tenth week of age will will be relisted for sale. Deposit will not be refunded unless previous arrangements have been made.
Attention new owners and potential buyers! Please be courteous and try to be on time for your puppy visits. I am trying to avoid overlapping visits so I can spend time individually with each of you and your new puppy. DO NOT BRING ANY ANIMALS WITH YOU!!
Potential buyers, I do not accept checks within two weeks of puppy departure dates - Cash payments accepted at time of puppy pick up-no checks!
